Is Primal Hosted legit?
Primal Hosted LLC is a registered US company with its business address in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is new: the company was formed in 2026 and the domain registered in July 2026. Payment goes through Stripe's checkout, customer reviews are on Trustpilot, and a new server can be refunded in full within 72 hours of its first payment.
Who runs Primal Hosted?
The team that runs the Primal Heaven, Noobz and Anarchy The Isle communities, on the same platform it sells. DryReef moved its community onto the platform as a customer.

Ordering and billing
How much does a The Isle server cost?
$80 a month for 150 players on Standard, or $110 for 300. Advanced is $130, or $160 for 300. Proximity voice is free. The optional Website + Discord Bot bundle is $50 a month more. Full pricing.
How do I order a server?
On the order page, pick the game, region, grade and player count, choose any add-ons, and enter your email and an optional promo code. No account is needed to start.
How long until my server is online?
It provisions automatically as soon as your payment clears, with no manual step on our side.
Is there a free trial?
No. A new server can be refunded in full within 72 hours of its first payment, which is the way to try it.
What is the refund policy?
A new server gets a full refund within 72 hours of its first payment. Renewals and unused days are not refunded. The full policy.
How do I cancel?
In the panel, under Billing. There is no cancellation fee, and the server keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my server after I cancel?
It runs until the paid period ends, is then suspended, and is deleted 7 days later.
Can the price of my plan go up?
If a plan's price ever rises, existing customers get 30 days' notice by email first.
The server
How many players can a server hold?
150 players as standard, or 300 for $30 a month more, on either grade.
Where are the servers?
Dallas, Texas for North America, Gravelines, France for Europe, and Singapore for Asia-Pacific. Server locations.
Are servers protected against DDoS attacks?
Yes. Standard servers run on dedicated hardware with DDoS filtering. Advanced servers add always-on game-firewall DDoS protection.
Do you host The Isle: Evrima and Legacy?
Both. Evrima is ordered self-serve. Legacy is set up by contacting support and priced per server.
Can I change my server settings and admins?
Yes. The panel shows the important Game.ini settings as plain fields, has a live console, restart schedules and a guarded file editor, and lets you manage admins by Steam ID.
Can I run my own mods?
Our in-game mod, which powers the economy, shops, kill feed and skins, comes with the Website + Discord Bot bundle. If you want to run a mod of your own, ask us on Discord before you order.
Voice and community
Is proximity voice chat included?
Yes, free on every server, for every player, with no caps. Players install Primal Voice for Windows 10 or 11 and sign in with Steam. Primal Voice.
Is voice chat recorded?
Yes. Primal Voice turns what players say into text, stored with the speaker's SteamID and in-game position for the server's staff to read. The audio itself is not kept. Tell your players before they install it.
Does a server come with a Discord bot and a website?
Not in the server price. The optional Website + Discord Bot bundle adds both for $50 a month, and switches on the kill feed, leaderboards, economy and shops, dino shop, casino and custom skins. What the bundle does.
